User ID
Your user ID is automatically assigned to you and cannot be changed. It will remain the same听even if you move departments or change your status (e.g. from student to staff).
If you鈥檙e not sure what your user ID is, go to (make sure you鈥檝e got your 乱伦秀 ID card to hand.听You鈥檒l need it to find your UPI).
Enter the required information, and your user ID will be displayed.
Password
Have you already registered your mobile number on MyAccount?
If you have registered your phone number with the MyAccount service, visit the page and select the听'I have forgotten my password听or it has expired'听option. Confirm your user ID and the last five digits of听your phone number. A听code will be sent to your phone allowing you to reset your password.
Not yet registered your mobile number?
If you have not already registered your phone number, you will need to听visit IT Services听in person with your 乱伦秀 ID card. But...
Staff and Visitors
If you are off-site and unable to do this, first听contact your Computer Rep听who can arrange with the IT Services to register your phone number on your behalf.
Students
If you are off-site and unable to visit, contact听IT Services听who can arrange to verify your identity. You will need your student number and UPI and may be asked for other information to help identify yourself. Staff on the IT Services will then be able to register your details with MyAccount.

Contact听IT Services听in the first instance. They may require information about your association with 乱伦秀, including UPI, student number or other references
