Registration and enrolment

Pre-Registration/Pre-Enrolment: Your Starting Point

Once you've accepted your unconditional offer, you should receive notification of pre-enrolment approximately 2 weeks before your course begins.

Registration/Enrolment: The Essential Steps

Online registration is your initial step, but in-person enrolment is also required. Remember, you'll need to re-register at the beginning of each academic year to maintain your enrolment status.  

Picking up your ÂÒÂ×Ðã ID Card

New students and those requiring a replacement ID card must book an appointment through our ID booking card system. Ensure you've received a confirmation email regarding your enrolment before scheduling your appointment. Your ÂÒÂ×Ðã ID card grants you access to campus buildings, ÂÒÂ×Ðã spaces, and university libraries.

Access to essential ÂÒÂ×Ðã services

Information regarding your ÂÒÂ×Ðã ID and password setup will be provided by the IT Services/ID team during enrolment.

is a crucial platform for various services. Ensure that you have student access after completing pre-enrolment. Your department and central ÂÒÂ×Ðã teams will send information to your ÂÒÂ×Ðã email account.

Please ensure that this has been set up correctly and you have access to your email. Once setup, check your ÂÒÂ×Ðã email on a regular basis for important information.  

Moodle

is ÂÒÂ×Ðã’s virtual learning environment and hosts important information on your programme and department.

Please ensure that your Moodle page is set up correctly.  

Research Log

The is ÂÒÂ×Ðã’s online project management and development tool specifically designed for our research students. Keeping a Log is a mandatory part of all research degrees at ÂÒÂ×Ðã (MPhil/PhD, EngD, DPro (Professional Doctorates) programmes, MD(Res) and MRes). Check your access using your ÂÒÂ×Ðã ID and password.
