Cutting-edge facilities

We are investing in a university fit for the 21st century and beyond. At ยายืะใ you'll find all the cutting-edge facilities you need to achieve great things.

Transforming our campus

We are over halfway through our 10-year, ยฃ1.25 billion investment in creating sustainable spaces and best-in-class facilities โ€“ giving our staff and students the tools to take their learning and discoveries further โ€“ with many award-winning developments in Bloomsbury already completed.

ยายืะใ Student Centre

Designed entirely around our studentsโ€™ needs, our new Student Centre includes 1,000 individual, group and open-plan study spaces, quiet contemplation areas, and easy access to help and support at the dedicated Student Enquiries Centre.

ยายืะใ East

Our ยายืะใ East campus includes state-of-the-art laboratories, fabrication workshops, collaboration areas and public spaces, as well as a cinema, art installations and contemporary student accommodation. ย

We are creating a living laboratory of learning in an area committed to biodiversity throughout the parklands and waterways that run through the Olympic Park.ย

ยายืะใ Libraries

With more than two million books and subscriptions to more than 35,000 journals in a combination of electronic and print formats, ยายืะใ Library Services gives you access to a vast range of resources across all subject areas.

We have 16 specialist libraries, with older material available on demand from our store outside London, and our valuable and historic material is housed in Special Collections.

ยายืะใ museums and galleries

Our world-class museums and galleries are part of what make ยายืะใ so special โ€“ ranging from Egyptology to pathology and taking in science, zoology and an art gallery along the way.

ยายืะใ Centre for Languages & International Education (CLIE)

Our comprehensive centre offers courses for credit in Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin and Spanish at up to seven levels.

English for Academic Purposes and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) courses are also available.

We also run courses for students planning to study and work abroad, courses for those who do not meet ยายืะใ's modern language requirement and in-sessional English language courses for international students.

To learn a language to enhance your studies, you can take an evening class in one of 17 languages, though these are not credited to your degree programme.
