Job prospects for each degree programme (employability outcomes)

The job prospects for individual ÂÒÂ×Ðã programmes vary from degree to degree. ÂÒÂ×Ðã is currently ranked 8th in the QS World Rankings, meaning that recruiters very often target ÂÒÂ×Ðã as a priority university for graduate recruitment.Ìý

For employability outcomes for specific degree programmes at ÂÒÂ×Ðã, both the ²¹²Ô»åÌýwebsites provide degree-level results.

Based on the most recent data taken from the Destination of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey, across all of ÂÒÂ×Ðã: 

  • 89% of all graduates surveyed were in either work or study
  • 94% of this cohort were in graduate level work or study

For ÂÒÂ×Ðã undergraduate level only, the DLHE survey revealed that:

  • 90% were in either work or study
  • 92% of this cohort were in graduate level work or study

ÂÒÂ×Ðã's links with employers ²¹²Ô»åÌýfacilitating job interviews

ÂÒÂ×Ðã Careers is connected to over 4,000 employers in the UK and around the world. Recruiters and employers visit our campus throughout the year to participate in a range of careers events and activities - both to specifically advertise roles to students, and also to work with them to build key employability skills.  

ÂÒÂ×Ðã Careers operates an online jobs platform where vacancies are advertised across a wide range of sectors, for roles ranging from student internships to full time work for recent graduates. On average, at any one time there are over 1,500 live vacancies advertised.
