Drawing on data from three interconnected field experiments, this seminar investigates the cumulative and structural discrimination against marginalised groups.

Mariña and Sanne will discuss the three studies, which provide insights into the systemic and intersectional nature of discrimination in the childcare sector, which will inform strategies to combat these injustices.

This event will be particularly useful for researchers and policymakers.

Please note this is a hybrid event and can be joined either in-person or online.
