This project aims to examine the uptake of various forms of leave available to ÂÒÂ×Ðã staff with care responsibilities for children.

This project is being conducted by the ÂÒÂ×Ðã Human Resources teams and researchers in the ÂÒÂ×Ðã Social Research Institute (SRI) and will run from October 2022 to September 2023 and is funded by ÂÒÂ×Ðã Grand Challenges.Ìý

Methodology

This is a mixed methods study: reviewing employee data of the take-up of leave; a survey of colleagues who have taken parental leave in the last five years; and qualitative interviews of those who have taken and those who have facilitated parental leave.Ìý
