Professor Monica Lakhanpaul used a Global Engagement Office-led visit to India to forge new connections both within ÂÒÂ×Ðã and beyond, as well as Global Engagement Funds to shape her own research direction.
She and Professor Marie Lall (Pro-Vice-Provost South Asia) and Dr Priti Parikh (ÂÒÂ×Ðã Engineering) formed a new interdisciplinary collaboration working with a variety of partners in India to come up with new, community-led solutions to the problem of child malnutrition in rural areas.
