Pyphe: all-in-one solution for data analysis pipelines developed by Stephen Kamrad

Stephan Kamrad, a joint PhD student in the B盲hler lab (IHA) and Ralser lab (The Francis Crick Institute), has developed an open-source python package, Pyphe, for large-scale phenotype analyses.
Pyphe听provides versatile, modular and user-friendly tools to determine complementary fitness-related traits from thousands of microbial colony assays in hundreds of different conditions.
