Help link and Log in link shows as a graphic that is currently too small 20x20. This fails WCAG 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) (AA).

Page titles

The page title is not updated when a user moves to different sections of the upload process. This makes it challenging听for users to keep track of where they are in the upload process. This fails WCAG 2.4.2 Page Titles (A).

Reflow

When the page is magnified to 200% and beyond, scroll bars are introduced making it difficult for user to navigate. This fails WCAG 1.4.10 Reflow (AA).

Buttons on page

Logout button is too small. This fails WCAG 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) (AA).

Images on page

There are 2 images of cameras on the page that could be marked as decorative as they serve no purpose to screen reader users. This fails WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A) and WCAG 1.1.1 Non text content (A).

Form Fields

The Browse Edit box does not have a correct label (you need to tab twice). This fails WCAG 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (A).

Once a file is uploaded a percentage bar is presented to tell the user the stage of upload. This is not read back to a user if using a screen reader, and you cannot tab to it either 鈥� a user would not know this information is there. This fails WCAG 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (A).

Form Fields

Various form field elements at not read out when a user moves (tabs)听to the field. This fails WCAG 1.3.5 Identify Input Purpose (AA), and WCAG 2.5.3 Label in Name (A).

Link information

A link on this page cannot be tabbed to听and is incomprehensible for screen reader users. This link also has a colour contrast issue. This fails WCAG 2.5.3 Label in Name (A), WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum level) (AA), WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A).

Error Messages

When filling in this page's form, if any fields are left blank, the resulting error indication is not conveyed to screen reader users.
